(1) The inlet filter is blocked; Remove the dust and blockage from the filter;
(2) The impeller is worn and the gap increases too much; Repair the gap;
(3) Belt slipping; Tighten the belt and increase the number of pieces;
(4) The loss of inlet pressure is large; Adjust the inlet pressure to the specified value;
(5) Ventilation leakage caused by pipeline; Check and repair the pipe.
Resin temperature resistance will not exceed 200 degrees, mainly to see the role of paint. But also add other pigments and fillers!
The test method of heat resistance temperature is different, and the results are different. And it has a lot to do with the method and technology used. If it is to do embossing, because of the short time to touch high temperature, waterborne polyurethane can withstand 170-180 ℃. But if do high temperature anti adhesion, 70-80 ℃ is high temperature, because there is pressure, time to continue for several hours. Generally, the softening point is lower than 170 ℃. The temperature range of one component waterborne polyurethane is about tens to 160 ℃. The addition of curing agent or crosslinking agent can improve the heat resistance temperature.
